Physical Therapy Privacy Carve-Out

Audio, video, or photographic recording conducted within Rapid Recovery: Elite Training Center LLC's gym, training, and performance areas does not apply to physical therapy services, clinical evaluations, or treatment areas where protected health information may be discussed or provided.

Recording of any physical therapy session, clinical interaction, or treatment-related activity will occur only with the patient's separate, written authorization and in compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA.
